The AMS 16-roller friction feeder is designed for use on mail insertion and related equipment. The well built steel construction is designed to stand up to the most demanding production environment. The performance, reliability and flexibility make the AMS feeder range an important cost-saving tool for any production application.

Specifications

Flexibility:

The AMS friction feeder accommodates a wide range of media from business cards to end-folds, letter-folds, Z-folds, single sheets, diskettes, and most other direct-mailing material. It is versatile enough to handle up to 14" wide media from single sheet to 3/8" thick. It uses fibre-optic sensor and microprocessor for reliable feeding.

Reliability:

The AMS Friction feeder requires little or no maintenance. It is constructed with sealed roller bearings on all shafts, never requiring oiling or cleaning. It has a double clutch and brake-feed system for precise starting and stopping.
