ENVELOPE INSERTERS

AMS supply a complete range of envelope folding inserting machines.

At the entry level is the Easi-Start, a low cost desktop folder inserter that is suitable for organisation’s who are inserting
from 500 statements, invoices or mailing pieces per month into envelopes.

The next model up is the Stack ‘n’ Go folder inserter which is available in two, three or four station variants and can insert
up to 40,000 envelopes per month.

Next are the production machines - capable of handling high volumes and designed for continuous use.

The Grützmacher Cayman and Cayman C4 will process between 10,000 to 250,000 envelope per month and can be
fitted with a production tower collator folder which can handle up to 8 sheets folded together for DL or C5 work, whether by
multiple feeding, OMR or barcode reading. The Cayman range meets the demands of many applications because of it’s
versatility and flexibility. The Cayman is a continuously running heavy duty machine which provides a smooth high-speed
face-up throughput for the inserts and envelopes. The Cayman has many configuration possibilities to suit a wide variety of
customer applications. With a machine cycle speed of up to 4,200 items per hour envelope sizes from DL to C4 the Cayman
is ideally suited for many business types that require a precise, flexible and reliable system at a low cost of ownership.

The Grützmacher Contender and Contender C4 inserters are ideally suited for the medium volume user, who is
looking to invest in the envelope inserting market at an economical price. These machines are suited for between 25,000 to
500,000 envelopes per month from DL through to to C4 in size and can be fitted with a variety of feeders types, scanners,
and cameras where required. The Contender meets the demands of many applications because of it’s versatility and
flexibility. The Contender is a continuously running heavy duty machine which provides a smooth high-speed face-up
throughput for the inserts and envelopes. As with all Grützmacher Envelope Inserting Systems the Contender has many
configuration possibilities to suit a wide variety of customer applications which can include Direct Mail and Transactional Mail.
With a machine cycle speed of up to 7,500 items per hour (C5 Model) and envelope sizes from DIN C6 to DIN C4 the
Contender is ideally suited for many business types that require a precise, flexible and reliable system at a low cost of
ownership.

The Grützmacher Challenger and Challenger C4 inserting machines represent the foundation of all the Grützmacher 
production inserters. These models can have up to 14 feeder stations, with a choice of vacuum rotary feeders, friction
feeders, shuttle feeders and on-line folders. There is also the option of scanners or cameras for matching or grouping in
billing or transactional mail. This Challenger machine is suitable for sophisticated applications or applications of up to
1,000,000 envelopes per month. With it’s ease of operation, flexibility and durability, the Challenger has been in use for
many years by a variety of business types world-wide. The Challenger is a continuously running heavy duty machine which
provides a smooth high-speed face-up throughput for the inserts and envelopes. The extensive range of feeder types and
vision systems helps make the Challenger meet the demands of its customers. The choices and possibilities of configuration
make this a truly flexible machine. With a machine cycle speed of up to 15,000 items per hour (C5 Model) and envelope sizes
from DIN C6 to DIN C4 the Challenger is one of the most flexible envelope inserting systems in the market place today.

The Grützmacher Cayenne and Cayenne C4 inserting machine represent the most sophisticated in the range of all
the Grützmacher Envelope Inserting systems. Based on the proven Challenger series, the heavy duty Cayenne offers even
more possibilities to its customers. The new controlling concept with servo technology gives even greater flexibility.
Intelligent error handling allows the machine to make decisions which would then enable throughputs to be maintained at
the highest possible level. The extensive range of feeder types means the Cayenne is ideally suited to a wide range of
applications which also include Direct Mail and Transactional Mail. With a cycle speed of up to 16,000 items per hour
