AMS have a team of nationwide service engineers and a technical support team. AMS will normally respond to service calls by phone and then if required be on site within mainland UK where possible within 8 working hours. A standard service contract includes - 2 annual preventative maintenance services, telephone support, breakdown calls. Service contracts can be tailored to your requirements.
